Retainer/Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your session date and time. Your desired session is not reserved until the booking fee is received and this contract is signed and returned. The booking fee is non-refundable for any reason but does apply to your package total.

Booking fee for Mini Session spots: $50

The remaining portion of your session fee must be paid prior to your session. I will send you a request for the Retainer Fee on Paypal or Venmo and the remaining portion of the payment can be sent to my same account on Paypal or Venmo. If you have any questions, please message or email me.

Model Release

In order to showcase my portfolio as a photographer I require to use images online or in marketing for the promotion of Palmetto Lifescapes Photography. The images produced from your session may be used on Palmetto Lifescapes Photography Website/Facebook/Instagram pages and in promotional work such as special offer flyers/business cards handed out to the general public. This section also grants me permission to share a sneak peek with you on my social media platforms.

Gallery

An online gallery of images will be ready for viewing within 10 days of your session. Approximately 15-20 of the best images from your session will be prepared for you to view and make your selections. There will also be sneak peeks of 1-2 of your images on my Facebook and Instagram accounts. You will be able to download your favorite 5 images and place any desired orders for additional digital images and/or available printed products. Online galleries are only available for 72-hours following the delivery of your gallery and all selections and/or orders must be submitted within this time frame. In the event you should need to re-open your online gallery for an additional 48-hours, a $15 archival fee will be required. This fee is non-refundable and does not apply to any additional purchases you may wish to make from your gallery.

Products, Payment, and Delivery

Printed products are available through your online gallery and any desired portrait orders must be placed during the time your online gallery is available for viewing. All payments for product orders are due in full at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed until complete payment is received. You will receive an email once your order has been placed. Portrait products will be shipped directly to you within 1-2 weeks of ordering, depending on shipping times.

Print Release

Once your gallery is loaded and you have chosen your 5 favorite images to download, I will send you a print release via email. This allows you to print the photos at your leisure. However, my computer is only calibrated with the professional printing company that I use. The colors and quality that you see on the computer, is not guaranteed unless your images are ordered/printed through my professional printing company I use.

Rescheduling Policy

Mini session events are not eligible for rescheduling as we have only set aside a certain amount of time for this event. If you are unable to make your session for any reason, you are free to gift or sell your session spot to a friend or family member who adheres to the same policies as outlined in this contract and pays the remaining balance due for your session. Refunds will not be given for Client cancellations.
In the unlikely event both your scheduled session date AND the rain date gets rained out, you will be given the option to apply any monies paid toward a regular session, another mini session event (based upon availability) or receive a full refund.

Weather Postponement

If the weather is bad during the time of your session, I will text you before your session to let you know if we need to cancel. If you have concerns regarding the weather, you can text me as well at 803-448-2735. If your session is postponed due to weather, your retainer fee and session fee will be maintained for another session. We will discuss a reschedule date for your session.
